In an effort to keep all of the seats on our Board of Directors occupied, we are looking to change from a zone-elected district to an at-large district. With an at-large structure, we would no longer be divided into specified zones. The potential board members would be elected from a pool of the entire district. Regardless of structure, board members serve the entire district once elected. This proposed resolution would remove the process. It is time for semester exams at GHS. Students are required to be present during the scheduled time of their exams only. Students should also make sure that all school materials are turned in before leaving for the summer. Little Go-Devil Welcome Day is TOMORROW!
From February 10 to May 9, students participated in the GHS Race for Riches Stock Market Challenge. Each student began with a virtual $100 and was challenged to invest strategically to grow their portfolio. Throughout the simulation, students tracked market trends, made trades, and applied financial strategies to maximize returns. The goal was to build the highest-value portfolio by the end of the challenge, providing students with hands-on experience in investing and economic decision-making.

Physical science students spent last week designing devices to protect eggs from a fall! They brainstormed designs, budgeted for supplies, built their products, reevaluated when their original plans didn’t work, and today they dropped them off the top of the bleachers. Every egg survived - their designs were 100% successful!
