Summer is a great time to get up to date on your required immunizations!
Your child needs the following if the meet the stated guidelines.
- Tdap if they turn 11yr old before September 1.
- MCV4 if entering 7th grade.
- MCV4 if they turn 16 yr old before Sept 1.
Immunization exemptions are to be renewed yearly and a copy given to the nurse's office. Applications can be completed and found online through this link.
