April 10th - 14th will be our FUNdraiser Week at CMS! All proceeds will go toward the end of the year incentives (field day, field trip, etc.) for our hard working students. Congrats to these two student athletes who medaled at the Wolf Relays last night. Camelia Ashford placed second in the triple jump. Bre’Asia Moody placed second in the 100m dash and 200m dash. We are proud of you!
Tuesday April 4 at 6:30 pm, Superintendent Vining will hold a Community Meeting at Cabe Auditorium to explain the plans for the future of Gurdon Public Schools. He will layout what the millage vote means to the welfare of the school. He will explain how the funds will be used and how the millage increase will prepare our district to meet the challenges that our schools are facing. Please join us to hear how you can play a part in helping to make our schools successful and secure for the long run. See you there!

Gurdon High School, Cabe Middle School and Gurdon Primary School have each received a $1,969.92 grant from the Blue & You Foundation! The grants will be used to purchase a new AED for each school building to use in the event of a cardiac emergency. Thank you @ArkansasBlueCross for helping to keep our students, staff and families safe!

GHS softball finishes the tournament with a 2-1 record and Senior Pitcher Kiersten Dickerson was awarded a $500 scholarship at the 13th Annual Debra McMaster Tournament.
