Gurdon High School Class of 2025 Commencement Exercises will be held tonight at 7:00 pm in Cabe Auditorium. We are incredibly proud of our 2025 Graduates!
Today was full of joy (and some tears) as our 2025 Seniors took their final walk through the halls of each school in the district and met one last time on the playground. We can't wait to see what lies ahead for these amazing Seniors!

Gurdon School District is now accepting bids for Educational Examiner. Must provide proof of certification, liability insurance, and adhere to Special Education timelines. Gurdon Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. In an effort to keep all of the seats on our Board of Directors occupied, we are looking to change from a zone-elected district to an at-large district. With an at-large structure, we would no longer be divided into specified zones. The potential board members would be elected from a pool of the entire district. Regardless of structure, board members serve the entire district once elected. This proposed resolution would remove the process. We want your input, please submit comments in the form in the link provided.

Job Opening
GHS Sports Banquet: Thursday May 15th at 6:30pm in the high school cafeteria. Tickets are $10 at the door. Athletes will be admitted for free.
It is time for semester exams at GHS. Students are required to be present during the scheduled time of their exams only. Students should also make sure that all school materials are turned in before leaving for the summer. If you have any questions regarding semester exams or the semester exam process, please contact the GHS office.
