-Getting to know our new Gurdon Primary School Interim Principal- Mrs. Kim Riley is the new interim principal at Gurdon Elementary. She grew up in Gurdon and graduated Gurdon High in 2004. She received her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University and recently received her master’s from Henderson State. She received her principal and SPED director license in May 2022. Mrs. Riley has served in several different capacities within the school district including ESL coordinator, classroom teacher, SPED teacher, and now as interim principal. Mrs. Riley and her husband, Victor, live in Gurdon with their four children. They attend church at Calvary Gurdon where Mrs. Riley is a musician and Sunday school teacher. Their family loves traveling, playing board games, and enjoying family movie nights. Again, congratulations on your new role Mrs. Riley!
