
Thirty staff received new or renewed CPR and First Aid certification this summer! Thanks to Kimberly Garlin, RN and Katherine Guidry, LPN for teaching the class!



The Wellness Center will be open today from 10:45-11:15 if you would like to pick up a food box. You will need to park behind GHS, come to the back (purple) door of the Wellness Center and ring the bell to pick up your box.

We will induct the Class of 2024 into the Gurdon Athletics Hall of Fame this fall. If you would like to nominate someone for membership consideration then drop this form by central office before July 1.



We will still have our regularly scheduled weight room workouts today.

Due to the threat of severe weather at 9am this morning- we will not have speed camp today. Our gymnasium is closed for construction this summer or we would go in there.
The next speed camp session will be this Thursday June 6th at 9:05am.

SUMMER MEAL INFORMATION-
With summer right around the corner, it's time to think about keeping children healthy while school is out. Gurdon Public School provides free meals to children during the summer.
Summer meals will be served at the high school cafeteria on June 17th,18th, 19th, 24th, 25th and 26th. July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th and 10th. Breakfast will be between 8:00-8:30 and lunch will be between 11:30-12:00 each day. There are no income requirements or registration. Anyone ages 18 and younger may come and eat.

SPEED CAMP starts tomorrow morning! This is for any boy or girl 1-12th grade and will be conducted on the football field.
