Football playoffs tickets are hosted through GoFan, the digital ticketing provider of the AAA. The AAA and all host sites login to GoFan HQ, where you can be in control of your upcoming post-season events. You will use the same login information you used to login last year for any post-season event your school hosted.
GoFan will continue to upload all events for the post-season, and you will be required to login to GoFan HQ to access your ticket link if you are hosting the event. If you are not hosting, the event link will be accessible on GoFan.co by searching your school’s name. Ticket links will no longer be emailed to you – you must access your ticket link through GoFan HQ or via GoFan.co.

The Gurdon JR and SR Beta Clubs are looking for sponsors to help them prepare for and attend state and national conventions. The state convention is in January in Hot Springs, AR and the national convention (which both clubs qualified for by attending Leadership Summit earlier this week) is in June in Savannah, GA. We are going to create a t-shirt for all members, club sponsors, and chaperones to wear at service project events, fundraisers, and conventions. The business sponsors will be featured on the back of the t-shirts, along with possibly a thank you with each publication about Beta's activities and accomplishments. Gurdon XC would like to thank the Assembly of God for our breakfast this morning and for a GREAT goodie bag!!! The girls will run at 11:30 and the boys at 12:15 in the state Cross Country meet at Oaklawn.

GAMEDAY!!!
Our annual Veterans Day Program will take place Friday, November 10 at 9:30am in Cabe Auditorium. Breakfast for veterans will be served in the student center at 8:00am before the program. We would love to see veterans and community members honoring those who have served.
There will be a GHS pep rally at 2:15 in the gym on Thursday November 2 in honor of Sr. Night. This will only include GHS students.
Today at GHS students participated in a variety of activities testing their knowledge and skills! They had to solve the puzzle for Mrs. Russell's escape room, best their classmates with Mr. Doran's quiz bowl, dissect a sheep brain with Mr. Hyde, and finally test the bounds of physics by building an egg drop container! Wheew, it was a busy day!
“We are again short a driver for afternoon bus drivers. This will involve Deer and Roadrunner bus kids. All deer bus kids living on E Crayton and E Pine will be delayed 5-10 minutes. Deer bus kids living on East Main out to the Vaden area will get home a little earlier than normal. Roadrunner kids will be delayed 30-45 minutes.”

Juniors and Seniors received packets for class rings and graduation supplies yesterday. Jostens will return at 10:35am November 6 (Monday) to take orders. Parents, if you would like to be there, they will set up in the Student Center.
