Cabe Middle has been recognized by the Office for Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas as a school that is Beating the Odds, because students demonstrated high growth on the ACT Aspire in Math!

The Gurdon Public School District schools and offices will be closed for Thanksgiving Break November 22 - 26. We want to wish our staff, students, families and community a safe and happy holiday!

Gurdon Primary School will present a Fall Festival at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19th. The program is at Cabe Auditorium and is open to family and friends of Gurdon Primary School. Masks will be available at the door and encouraged where distancing might be a challenge.
Gurdon Primary School will also release students early on the 19th. Buses will run early and the car line will begin at approximately 1:45.

In order to have buses finished with routes in time to safely transport our band and cheerleaders to Des Arc for the Round 2 Playoff game Friday night, we will be dismissing school early on Friday. We will follow our early release schedule that is used on Wednesdays for staff development.
